Marketing night~

Last night, the marketing society in my college *compulsory participation for MARKETING STUDENTS* organised a marketing night..
Its supposed to be an AGM meeting with some performance, food, and activities..
Just an excuse for students to play in college after the meeting..

Although this is my 3rd year in my course,
I've never been to any marketing society meetings before..
*No one except the Board of Directors know when and where its held*
sometimes i wonder if the society is even alive~
Of course it is!!! We just dunno where on earth is it..

So, this 3rd year is my 1st time going to the meeting..
i went because my friends are going and i'm curious how interesting the event might be..
*Also, free food played a tiny role*

The event started of just like any other AGM..
Annual report of activities and expenditures,
Nominations of new directors,
Election of new directors,
Step up, Step down,
Directors' pledge and the list goes on and on..
Nothing special..

Then, it was REFRESHMENT time!!!
cakap is refreshment, but it was dinner at 8:30..
haha!!
everyone rushed to the buffet table,
for some reasons, the juniors lined up in front and the seniors (us) behind..

*dunno how to show respect huh??*

haha~ but we don't mind ler cuz we were playing back there,
while we were talking and cracking some jokes,
Cherlene's itchy *and horny* hand pulled Illyn's round collar *or was it V collar* down..
Obviously everyone was busy talking and no one bothered to look at her..
hahaha~!!!!
BTW, in Cherlene's presence. these kinda things are normal..

okay okay, after the "refreshments" the fun and games started!!
there is also a live band performing but i'm not that enthusiastic about it..
Cuz the accoustics in the function room were so bad!!
while our JUNIORS were trying to get us into the FUNction room,
suddenly someone came up with a plan to go watch movie!!
OMG!! its like not respecting the event!!

but who cares, we dowana go in anymore..
so we discussed about the movie plan right infront of the juniors..
hahahah!!!

So in the end we went to the Pavillion to watch Alvin and the Chipmunks~
ooh ooh!!! The movie was so cool in the beginning!!! the acapella was just superb!!!
but as the movie proceeds, i got somewhat a lil irritated by the voices of the chipmunks..
hahaha!!
but overall the movie is superb!!!
I even go get their soundtrack right after the movie!!
too bad ler, i was a lil disappointed when the soundtrack aren't really movie-like..
no acapella...
but anyways, if you hear "~Only you, ~" when i'm around, means people are calling me..
haha~ i think most of my friends who went for the movie are "chipmunifying" their ringtones..

Last Friday, Evie, Stef, Xian, Shzen, Sean and I were hanging out in Stef's house..
I'm not gonna go into details about that,

*Just in case SOMEONE doesn't want to remember it*

Bottom line is, we had a couple of drinks..
and watched half a romance movie,
PLUS a NOT trilling triller..
FYI if you are wondering what movie failed to scare this lil boy here,
its "vacancy"

anyways..back to the subject..
Few days later (today: Tuesday)
Everyone is away!!!

Stef went to Japan,
Evie went to Penang,
Shzen went to HK,
Xian also leaving to China..
see!!! Everyone's SO away right now..
don't know where is Lingz though~

Lingz!!!! Where are you??!!!!!

ooh forgot 1 person...
May Ann went to taiwan!!!
Cheryl went to Aussie!!!

*Hrm hrm..*
If everyone were to get me a girl as a souvenir,
i would've gotten japanese, penang olang, hong kee, taiwanese, and australian!!
5 days + xian bring her new Chinese step mommy = 6

okay okay i stop dreaming ddi..
its as though time flies~
1 minute you're with everyone,
the next you're alone...
Feeling lonely ddi~

oh well, being alone can be fun at times..
i get to play my keyboard, guitar, computer, watch movies, dramas etc etc...
I don't know what am i talking about ddi...
kinda lost..
just wanna say

Dear o dear~!!!!
Was about to board the lift yesterday and suddenly a notice caught my eye~
" Electric supply interruption on Dec 12 "
Gosh gosh~!!!
1 more day~!!!
How am i going to survive without electricity from 8am till 7pm?!!
8..9..10..11..12..1..2..3..4..5..6..7..
12hours wey~!!!

Suddenly I start to have flashbacks of the incredible *yet neglected* moments of me using electricity..
~ Looking at the PC
~ Playing the keyboard
~ Playing the electric guitar
~ Bathing with the water heater on
~ Using the fan~!!
and the list can go on and on..

~Oh my darling electricity, how o how am i to sruvive without you~
my heart sang that the whole day....SERIOUS~!!!! It wasn't me~!!!!!
*Points at my heart*

Oh well, life's gonna move on right?

Next day came pretty fast~
8:20am - woke up and notice the fan has stopped
8:21am - went to bed again
11:30am - woke up and count down *8hours more*
12:00pm - LUNCH~!!!
1pm - Lecture
2pm - went for a talk (Skipped 1hr lecture and 90mins tutorial)
4:30pm - Tutorial (while thinking of what movie to watch since there's no point going back)
4:45pm - recieved a sms saying that electricity has been restored *YIPPEE~!!!!!!*
5:00pm - went back home jolly as ever~!!!

haha not so much of a drama anymore right?
well i'm glad in a way, cuz it meant that i can do my assignments and play my keyboard~!!!
WHEE~!!!!!!!

there, my "day" without thomas edison's discovery..
Yeah, He is a great man~!!
Lets dedicate a moment to salute him and his discoveries as well as inventions..

*silence...silence...silence...*

Okay..life has to move on~
back to our normal daily life~!!!!!
